Each location has a limited number of boxing gloves that can be borrowed free of charge, so if you don’t have your own gloves for your first class, that’s no problem.<\/p>\n

However, we do recommend that you have your own boxing gloves, mainly for hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n

There are no requirements for special boxing clothing, so choose something you like to wear when exercising. We recommend bringing a towel and a bottle of water. <\/p>\n
